Returns & Exchange

All purchases comes with a 7 day return or exchange. You may exchange for a different item or you may opt for store credit (up to 3 months) if you need more time to decide. Simply contact us directly to submit an exchange request.

* all exchanges/ returns must be accompanied with the original invoice

* all items must be in original sale condition (with tags)

* we regret that we are unable to accept exchanges for earrings due to hygiene reasons

 

Adjustments & Repairs**

We work with local companies to ensure all your Fefa items are well taken care of. If you need to adjust the size and lengths or repair a broken clasp, you may contact us to submit a repair request.

All repairs and adjustments may be subject to additional costs depending on the nature/ complexity of repair work.
